PROJECT INFORMATION
Hurstville Public School was large refurbishment project, with works to over 30 areas of the school, including store rooms, computer rooms, practical areas, classrooms and toilets.
The scope of the project included the removal and replacement of exiting floor coverings, doors, light fittings, plumbing fittings and furniture. It was important for this project to retain its old school charm and heritage by using a variety of traditional materials.
A challenge was the remediation of hazardous materials (asbestos). However, given our experience in HAZMAT remediation we achieved all project outcomes with great success, delivering a fresh, rejuvenated education facility back to the children, ready for the new term.
