A restoration of this elaborate sandstone home in Lilli Pilli included new structures built to complement the existing heritage features of the home. Degnan renovated the original “servant’s quarters” building constructing a new functional living area. It was imperative to maintain the style of the original building and care was taken to use materials that enhanced the overall look of the property.
