PROJECT INFORMATION
Degnan completed a refurbishment upgrade and extension at Balgownie Group Home, giving the facility a bright new feeling and improving the living environment of residents. A new high ceiling A-frame living room was constructed with glass walls and doors allowing sunlight to fill the room. This created a happy and welcoming area for residents where they can enjoy the view of their newly landscaped gardens. Refurbishments also included improvements to the industrial kitchen, laundry, new offices, bedrooms and bathrooms while maintaining the operations of the facility and more importantly the standard of living for residents.
