We have always been aware of the great value and contribution that First Nations communities, peoples, and businesses can provide, and throughout the process of developing our inaugural Reflect RAP, Degnan has shifted its focus to become an organisation that now has a stronger emphasis on collaboration and diversity for its people and processes.
This Reflect RAP is the formalisation of our past efforts of building on our awareness, understanding, and engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Our journey will start with key actions to be delivered over the next year, focusing on relationships, respect, opportunities, and governance.
