The new Central Station commercial

Degnan were engaged by Sydney Trains to complete an internal office fit out to the existing office on Platform 1. This Office, which spans two levels at Sydney’s main train station hub, required all new floor coverings, electrical works, mechanical works, new joinery and partitioning, structural works and the supply and installation of new furniture and workstations.

Given Central Station’s significance and heritage listing, the project required meticulous planning and collaboration between both client and architect to deliver a modern office environment whilst maintaining all the heritage aspects associated with this building.

The architectural details mixed together with modern finishes has created a bright and welcoming space for Sydney Trains Staff.
