PROJECT INFORMATION
A complete new fit-out of the Food Technology room was built to give the students an ultra-modern and functional learning space.
A highlighted feature of the room is the instruction bench with a 45 degree viewing mirror attached to the ceiling. This enables advanced teaching techniques as students can more easily watch teacher demonstrations.
